No water coming out or milk coming out of spouts

This is a simple malfunction. Descale the machine one two or three cycles until the flow of water through the hot water pipe is with full jet.
The frothing will also be restored. If it does not, then you may need to clean the Milk stone clogging the frother. Milk stone is like cement and needs care and patience to clean without damaging the frother.
Good luck..

I spilt milk on my samsung laptop I shut the power off and wondering what is the best way to dry it

Most likely when the laptop dries out the milk residue will stop the keyboard keys from working properly. Depending upon how much milk has been spilt the milk may have penetrated to the motherboard and caused more damage.
Place the laptop in a warm area for several days.
If the laptop boots up properly but the some of keyboard keys don't work then a replacement keyboard may fix your problem.
Keyboard replacement maybe available from this WEB site.

I dropped my phone in some milk and now the touch screen doesn't work.

It is possible that the seeped liquid has damaged the circuit board as it will conduct in the circuit thereby damaging the circuit tracks and components.
So the only option is to remove the battery immediately , wash the board and brush off all residue and dry using a hair dryer.
Now we can hope that the phone works.

I dropped my phone in a bowl of milk and it says Use Genuine Battery

Hello and welcome to FixYa;

If the battery has an internal sensor to check for water damage; and the phone has the software to check it; it is telling you that you have water damage or the battery sensor has been damaged; that is why you are getting the error code.

You may get lucky and the milk just gunked up the contacts.

Remove the battery and GENTLY clean the contacts under the battery with a very mild solution of rubbing alcohol with something like a Qtip. Do NOT use a large amount. Gently swab the contacts; replace battery and power phone on.

If it is the battery damaged itself; you will have to replace it.

Hope that helps.

Let me know how this worked out for you. If my solution helped you, please rate this solution!
It doesn't cost anything and only takes a second, but it is greatly appreciated.

Aeroccino deosn't make froth

Our aeroccino worked fine for 2 years and suddenly it didn't made foam anymore. We tried the "inverting trick" without much success. We contacted Nespresso and they suggested switching from regular fresh milk (we used 2%) to UHT milk (harder to find in US) and to use it cold and freshly opened. So we tried that and it works.
Hope this solution works for you too

Machine does not dispense milk properly

There is a pin in the cappucinator the needs to be turned slowly to create the venturi action to make it work. If you have lost the pin it won't work.

Steam and froth malfunction

The milk can not be room temperature.  It needs to be cool, does not have to be fridge temperature but can not be warmer than room temperature

Rancillio Silvia Steaming problem

Sounds like your Rancilio needs a service, this problem could be caused by the boiler not working correctly, possibly a leak from the boiler or a valve malfunction causing a drop in pressure.
