Question about Apple iPod nano
I have an Ipod 20 gb model number MP102. It was working fine but all of a sudden when I want to listen to it today it gives me a sad mac face and ask me to go to the apple website for support.
It also doesnt work when i try to sync it with itunes. Anyone here know why i am getting a sad mac on my ipod?
Check this link for some steps that you can do in solving this sad face on yoru Ipod because this sad face only tell us that's there's a hardware problem with the Ipod , after you have done all the step from the link and still have the sad face bettre take the Ipod to a service center and if its still under warranty have it replace, http://www.scribd.com/doc/13035/I-get-the-sad-face-iPod-on-the-screen-of-my-iPod-

There is a cable that connects to the mini drive in your ipod, sometimes this cable comes slightly loose from the drive and needs to be reseated. Basically you unplugged the cable and plug it back into the drive, if this doesn't work then the drive itself may be bad. When you turn the ipod on put your ear to the back of it and see if you can hear the drive turn on and spin.
