Problem with the audio. I unfortunately removed a program called audiotek or something from my laptop. now I dont have audio any more. Tried to download some audiotek from an acer website, but it doesnt work.
The best thing tha you can do here is to do a System restore on the computer on the date that everything was working fine and with the sound software still installed on that computer , that will definitely fix the problem..

You don't need any drivers. Laptops and desktops use an internal win device driver. You can actually find the file called keyboard.sys
What you need in your case in a new keyboard. For your Travelmate they sell for about $50. It takes maybe 10 minutes to change it out. This is something you can do at home. Look on you tube for something like laptop keyboard replace and you can see the process and decide if it is something worth trying. If you google or bing or whatever for travelmate 2410 keyboard or laptop parts you can find several dozen sources. If you look they will have instructions or videos for your travelmate.
You have to probably remove all the screws under the computer. remove the hdd memory and etc. The next part will be to check near the keyboard if there is something to pull out, underneath that there will be more screws to pull out and you will the cmos battery.
if you dont have the bios password you will need to take apart the laptop and de-solder the bios battery leave it of for 10 minutes resolder it making sure the polarity is correct and there will be no password when you re-boot it
