hmm seems a lil odd how the store doesnt know how to personalize the phone from the settings or from the personalize phone program on the device only guessing by a small chance on this model phone settings > display > personalize or could be there on the home menu of the device
Depends on where you want to increase it. The general font size can be changed in the "personalize" choice on the display menu. This in Win 7 and vista. A right-click on the desktop will get you to that menu. In Win XP, a right click and selecting settings will get you there. Look for the "appearance" settings and you'll see a place where you can increase the font size and icon size. Basically, the settings for doing this are called "display settings" and all can be accessed from the control panel in a pinch.
If you are referring to the screen, right click on an open area of the screen away from the icons and scroll down and select "personalize", go to "display settings", look in the left pane and look for the text that references "Screen orientation", open this and choose "landscape". click apply and ok.
If you have an older operating system that dies not have "personalize", then choose "properties" and then display settings, then advanced settings, choose "landscape" for screen orientation.
