No problem happy to help. This can get kind of complicated but I will try to walk you through it. Ok in your original post you said that you cleaned the lenses. There should be three of them these are the top of the tubes. One is the red one for blue and the green one is in the middle. they look like large cylinders. If I could see a picture of the unit when it is on it would be a lot easier. But the easiest way to get to the mechanical adjustment fort the tubes is through the front. Below the screen it should have a cloth front. This is a panel that is covering the tubes. remove this panel (there will be screws in the back and the panel should pop off.) This is the really tricky part below each tube there is a board that is attached to the tube. and above that board usually about three to six inches you should see three round circles with a kind of lip on each one these are the mechanical adjustments. Before you do anything to these we need to find the screen voltage adjustment box it is about 3inX3in usually black colored. and it will have six little knobs three on top and three on the bottom. These can be adjusted using a screw driver. One set of three will be labeled focus and the other screen. They should also have a label next to each knob saying the color B for blue G for green and R for red. It sounded like your green was off too much green maybe make small adjustment very small adjustments to the green focus and the green screen. Usually it is right for brighter left for dimmer if you adjust it to much the tube you are adjusting will go into overdrive and the whole tv will shut off. Adjust it until it looks better then depending on how it looks after you adjust the screen and focus will will have to play around with it it is a trail and error procedure. Then move on to the mechanical adjustment for the tubes the circle looking things. What i usually do is put it on a cross-hatch or some kind of picture that is stationary and has line s in it it makes it a lot easy than doing it on a moving picture. Use the title screen to a dvd movie or something like that. when you are looking at the tubes when the tv is on you will see the different colored tubes red, blue, and green once you have the green tube adjusted through the screen voltage box mentioned earlier to your liking then adjust the mechanical adjustments on the blue and red tubes use the lip on the circles to turn it left or right in small measures. you will see how each circle moves it in a different way. What you are trying to do is over lap the blue and red on top of the green. You will have to play around with this to find tune it it can be very difficult. Let me know if this helps if you still need help after you try this their is another route that could be used but it is hard to be absolutely sure without actually seeing the unit. Good luck
