Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My computer crashed. Best Buy sent it off for repair. Ever since it was returned, I can't print. I've just now got time to work on it, but seriously cannot figure it out. It looks exactly like the picture below.
My guess is that either the crash or Best Buy's work on the computer deleted the printer software and drivers from the computer. It's as if you never installed the printer on the computer in the first place.
It's probably time to dig out the manual and CD-ROM that came with the printer and do a complete installation. If you don't have the manual or the CD-ROM to do the job, you can get both from HP.com
Printer software and drivers
It makes a difference what operating system you have on your computer, so the page that opens when you click the link I posted above will require that you click on the name of your operating system. Once you do, the specific installation software and drivers will be available for download.
The link above will let you download your printer's user manual in PDF format. It'll probably automatically open in Adobe Reader when you select the document's link.
That's about the best suggestion I can make under the circumstances. Please post back the results here and good luck.
