Question about Computers & Internet
Does anyone know if 2GB ram of OCZ platinum work on Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe/WiFi motherboard? Asus website does not have anything that big on there list, only 1GB. I have not got an answer from them in a week. I should say 2GB in each bank. I know that the motherboard can handle 8GB cuz I would like to know before I buy ram. Thanks.
I went to repteil computer store and told me a new mainboard would fix the compatibility problem of the ocz ddr-800 titanium 2gbx2=single-channel at 667mhz. so i left my computer there for 2 days get it back with the new mainboard in it. take it home turn it on, first thing i see "ddr2-667mhz single channel 64bit".
exactly the same as i had it with my asrock board, just that now i have a 94euro asus m3a-H/HDMI .
haven't found a solution to the problem yet! just that when i have ram in slots 1 and 3 for dual channel the computer will turn on but no bios screen or boot at all. but the ram in slots 1 and 4 give my singlechannel at 667mhz.

Probably not , each motherboard has a certain setup for the ram slots , best to ask your computer parts store for the best ram for your motherboard , they can also give you a deal on used ram
