In each of the sections of 76CSx, such as tracks, waypoints, and routes though their respective categories on the main menu by navigating to their sections and pressing the menu key. For USB mass storage data go to system>Interface> USB Mass Storage and connect to the computer and delete information like it was a regular hard disk (remember to empty the recycling bin to actually remove it from the drive and free space. As for maps I'm not sure as I have never done that myself. Hope this helps

Yust go to www.mapwel.biz/down.htm get software MapUpload and now you can upload any map to micro sd card without loosing your existing map.

Have you got GB Discoverer on the card? The map should appear on the Map Information list in the Setup > Map area. Double check the placement of the map card. Also, in case you have not found it yet, there's wealth of information on the Oregon Wiki here: garminoregon.wikispaces.com

No, the US data is on the unit itself. Adding an SD card with maps only increases the number of maps your unit can handle, it doesn't replace existing maps. You'll have to go into settings to change the view to European maps.
