Sony KP-46wt510 convergence issue

You need to replace the convergance IC's and a pico fuse on the power supply

did you checke the two 5amp IC protectors located on the G board? Those will usually blow when the original ICs fail.

you need to replace the convergence ICs, pico fusses and possibly a couple of the feed resistors. you can get the kit for your model at the following link which contains the parts and instructions.

They are located on the D board attached to large aluminum heatsinks They have the numbers STK392-560 you will need to replace both of them. you need to replace both convergence ICs they are easy to install. You need two STK392-560 ICs you can get them at the following link and they provide free installation instructions as well as free online messaging with a repair tech while youre donig the repair. It takes about 45 minutes to do the repair and you will save about 400.00 by doing it yourself. Heres the link I am one of thier repair/support techs. This is a very easy repair.
