I'm v. nearly 74 and not very au fait with new fangled things like mobiles and computers. However, I've had a Samsung mobile for many years and about four years ago took some photos with it ( it says on the back 1.3 megapixels). They are still on the mobile because I cannot find any way of transferring them to my computer. I have a USB2(?) cable connection, but that's. I cannot find any disc or anything to help.
Perhaps someone would be so kind. I do not know what model it is but have to put something to get any further!

Bet you have a virus - do any bluetooth downloading lately? I have a friend with a Nokia and the battery on his phone went out while we were visiting one another. I offered to let him put his sim card in my Samsung. His sim card had a virus and the phone kept recycling every few minutes between shutting down and turning back on. Luckily the sim card didn't transfer the virus to my phone - which seriously made me worried as I put my sim card back in. Thank goodness my phone just kept on working like it always has - despite being soaked in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, being thrown across the room several times in a fit of anger, and dropped hundreds of times. To this day, my trusty black Samsung T-809 still works like a charm.
