There could be something blocking the paper path. Try to shake the printer upside down. You'll be amazed of the things that falls off inside the printer. Also, make sure that there's no paper left inside the printer. Tiny pieces of paper will still lead to paper jams.
Those errors that deal with paper jams. An error code "6A80" can
either represent a sheet feeder error or a debugging unit. This means
that there may be scattered bits of paper or other debris trapped inside
the unit itself. The potential for this error is high; when the paper
is removed from a jammed feeder, bits are prone to fall off and cause
this error code. The user must inspect the inside of the printer
thoroughly. This error can result from problems with the unit serving
or the electronic card; however, the most likely cause is debris caught
inside the printer interfering with the printer's operation.
Paper jams can be tricky to solve. The paper is usually stuck inside the printer mechanism so even if there is no visible paper jam, you will still get the paper jam error. Try this:
1. Turn off your printer
2. Open all trays and remove any paper stuck there
3. Locate the button to open the printer, open it and remove any paper stuck there also.
4. Repeate the above step for all buttons that you can find to access the inside of the printer
5. Close all doors and put back all trays
6. Turn on your printer

unplug the printer from the computer , disconnect the black box the power adapter from the back panel of the printer , turn the printer upside down and then gently tab on the printer . Clean and manually roll the paper tray rollers . open the printer cover and look for any obstructions , remove the cartridges and clean them using a damp soft cloth .put back the power adapter and try to copy something , if it still displays the same error msg then its an issue with the printer and you need to purchase a new one.
Open up the top and look into the cartridge/paper print area. Look in the corners, Sometimes little pieces of paper can still be stuck there. Once you are convinced that the paper and cartridge path is clear then...
Pull out the paper tray. Look inside the opening. If there is paper there then pull it out.
Take all of the paper out of the paper tray.
Turn it over (paper on top is now on the bottom of the tray)
