Question about Epson ACULASER CX11NF All-In-One Printer
Try this solution
1. turn off the printer.look in the cover of the adfunder neath it whre you see the document mat there is a white flap it should be inserted in between two gray plastic bar located on the left side of the document mat. If still same issue open the top cover of adf look on the rollers on the side and see if it is rotating. if all this steps fail adf has hardware problem and need to be replace
