Picture is flickering really bad

-   bas picture, the picture jumps up and down until the tv gets warm, it takes mine about two hours to get the picture in. now after about six hours the screen goes black.

-   I have a 50 inch Mitsubishi and it is "flickering". It started out just doing it when I first turned it on and gradually got worse. Now it is at the point of after about an hour of "settling out" the picture is OK. If I leave it on for an extended amount of time it never fails and the picture is always good. It seems that after it gets warm its OK. I know eventually it will go out alltogether but would like to know if theres something I can do to repair it before it goes out.-   ewillou
