Exceeding maximum number of recipients

What is the maximum number of recipients you can have for outgoing e-mail?

How many bcc recipients can you have.

Will the upgraded paid version allow you to have unlimited recipients?

I nan nolonger remove the Addy of the person that sent me an e-mail before i forward the joke or other info to my other contacts. I still use myself in the (To) box, and BCC for the recipiants. This was called "cleaning" a forward. The highlight and delete action is no longer working, either on my home PC or when i access my mail on a public computer such as a public library. If you cant help me resolve this problem.....you could lose my regular payment on your "free service"...thank you for any help.

How do I send a received email with a number of old email address and the text has a number of pictures. I do not want to send all the old email addresses to my new recipient, but I want to send all

Have you tried to copy the received email of the old email address and paste to your new recipient, if you are concerned about hackers and you are sending a email/s to multiple recipients use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) and request your recipients do the same.
Hope this helps you.

How to send email

Hi,

Sending an email is a very easy task. To open yahoomail, click on www.yahoomail.com

On the top-right side, below the Yahoo!'s logo, click on the button labeled "New"

On the box labeled "To", enter the email address of the person you want to send the mail. You can write the Subject on the box labeled "Subject".

Once done, writeup your mail on the Space provided below. When done, just hit the Send button. You can also attach files using the Attach button.

Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using Fixya.

There was a problem! Please check all email addresses. Looks like one of them may not be formatted correctly.

That error message displays when there is some technical problem with one or more recipient email addresses or the punctuation between addresses (in the "To", "Cc" or "Bcc" field). If you have multiple recipients, it may take some time to identify the error.

It's often difficult to analyze email addresses in the small field on the Yahoo Mail web page. I would suggest copying those addresses (highlight the entire field, then right-click+Copy) and pasting into a blank text editor such as Notepad (right-click+Paste).
novaweb_27.gif
You can then review the list of recipient addresses more easily. You may wish to insert line breaks, so you can look at each address on a separate line.

Some things to check:

(1) Make sure each email address is a fully qualified address (with user name, followed by "@" sign, and then domain name - no blank spaces in the address).

(2) Quotation marks are not needed; but if you wish to use them, make sure there is exactly one completed set (no more, no less) - with one quote mark at the start of the address, and one mark at the end of that address (like this: "someone@somedomain.com")

(3) If a recipient is listed by name as well as address, make sure the email address is enclosed in angle brackets, like this:
novaweb_25.gif
Quote marks are not needed; but if you wish to use them, they should surround the entire name & address combination, like this:
novaweb_26.gif

(4) Make sure there is just one comma or just one semi-colon (and no other punctuation mark) between each address in the list of recipients.

(5) Make sure there are no extraneous characters in the recipient list. Every character should be part of an email address (or combined name+email), or a comma/semi-colon separating the addresses.

What does cc & bcc mean, on google they are boxes at the top of the form, i think they have something to do with the recipiants address?

Hi,

CC stands for carbon copy. It means that if you send
an email to 10 people, then all people who receive the
email will be knowing who else has received the mail.
For example, you send an email keeping cc to person
a,b,c,d,e,f and g . Person g will be knowing that
person a,b,c,d,e and f also received mail from you.

BCC stands for blind carbon copy. If you are the
sender, all recipients can't see whether or not a bcc
recipient is there or not. For example, you send an
email keeping bcc to person a,b,c,d,e,f and g . Person
g will not be knowing that person a,b,c,d,e and f
also received mail from you.

Both CC and BCC are used in the business letter.

Hope this helps.

What is Bcc & cc for..?

Cc stands for carbon copy which means that whose address appears after the Cc: header would receive a copy of the message. Also, the Cc header would also appear inside the header of the received message. Bcc stands for blind carbon copy which is similar to that of Cc except that the Email address of the recipients specified in this field do not appear in the received message header and the recipients in the To or Cc fields will not know that a copy sent to these address.

How do I send group emails keeping everyones details private?

Compose a new mail. Just type all the email addresses, separated by comma, in the BCC box of the email. A BCC (blind carbon copy; also Bcc) is a copy of an email message sent to a recipient whose email address does not appear in the message. The emails will be delivered to all recipients keeping the details of every other recipients as private.

Hope it helps! Good Luck!

I want to send one email to all in one sending, how can I do that?

Yahoo Mail Composed have the options on how to send emails in one send. How! buy using you Address Book.
This Address Book are from your Yahoo Messenger. All the contact person are there and you are going to insert it by using cc: or bcc:.
What is this cc: or bcc:?

CC means Carbon Copy, when the message arrive it will show all the list of all the addresses that received a copy. And also need to notify everyone of a change, and let the others know has been notified by messages.

BCC means Blind Carbon Copy, essetially it's the same thing (multiple Recipients) but hides the additional Recipients list from view.

This will help you communicate for more email send in one click.

Good luck!

E-MAIL GOING TO UNKNOWN ADDERSS WITH MY IDENTITY ATTACHED

If the bank got an NDR (non-deliveryable report) that means one of the recipients they included on the message got bounced back. This may have been done in the CC or BCC field on accident, or it may have been added by one of the gateways that the mail goes through. The email administrator at the bank should be able to look at the header of the outgoing email to determine all the recipients on the email. They should also be able to look at the SMTP logs to see what servers the email got forwarded to for further delivery.
