Good Day!

Change your internet browser. Or switch to other brand.
The best way is to upgrade the version you are using.

After that, log in to yahoo mail and everything will be working again.

For reference, here you can download common internet browser
1. Internet Explorer 8
2. Mozilla Firefox
3. Google Chrome

Hope it helps!

Unable to access my e-mails when I click on my inbox as directed through recent upgrade. The little arrow only spins, but does not open my e-mails. I need this problem fixed ASAP. What needs to be done?

Actually, the problem is not with your email account, but with your internet browser unable to full access Yahoo.

Two possible fix to your problem, but it requires an hour to fix your email account.

First, whatever internet browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)
clear all caches, remove all cookies and clear everything in your browsing history. This should be done in the TOOLS menu of your internet browser. Then, access again Yahoo and log in.

Second, if the first fix do not work, use alternate internet browser to access your Yahoo mail account. If you do not want to use different browser, I recommend you uninstall it, download an upgrade version and install it to your system.

The next time you access Yahoo mail, it will be successful.

Good Luck!

Why do you ask for money if its supposed to be free

A free mail is only active for three months approximately if you dont log in reguraly. When you upgrade to mail plus your mail is secure even if you do not log in in the three months allowed. Reactivating a free mail makes you loose all your data thats why yahoo recommends that you upgrade to yahoo mail plus. You can still use your yahoo mail for free in the sense that you sign in before the duration often for years and years.

I want to go back to Yahoo Mail Classic

Log into your yahoo email account. When it is finished loading, look to the right near the top for Options. Click the little down arrow and select Mail Classic. It will prompt you to confirm your choice and just answer that you want to switch back.

On a side note, I just received an email notice from Yahoo that within the next month, they are going to urge everyone to upgrade to their new email version. It read like it was going to be mandatory to upgrade. Will wait and see on that one, myself.

Thank you for using

I can log onto yahoo mail, and i try to log onto chat from there and it will say its loading then wont sign in and says offline. Im confused on what to do.

Chat in Yahoo! Mail is only available with the following browsers:
-Internet Explorer version 6.0 and newer
-Firefox versions 2.0 and newer
-Safari version 3.0 and newer

If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to one of these supported versions.

To chat in Yahoo! Mail, you'll need Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 (or higher). In case you need a newer version, you can download and install the latest Flash Player here for free.

Also, note that you can't be logged in in both Mail and Messenger with the same ID to chat. Hope this solves your problem, if not post back.

I upgraded my e-mail from the basic level but the ads reappeared

You need to contact Yahoo! directly with this problem; even if someone here knows how to fix it, unless they are with Yahoo!, they won't be able to help you. You might check their user forums too.
