Question about Brother Office Equipment & Supplies
Since when this problem arised, have you install a new cartridge?
Try to unplug the USB connection.
Try to turn off and reinstall the cartridge again. Also shutdown the PC. Then power on PC & then Printer.
Let me know the further status so I can investigate further and fix the problem.
