Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
I went to services.msc and clicked on print spooler.I right clicked on it,it did not allow me to click restart so I cliked on start. I received the following error message "Could not start the print spooler on local computer.Error2:The system cannot find the file specified"
Could you please help me????????
I can definitly help you out....it may take a few steps to narrow down this issue..so don't get frustrated! :-)
First lets start off by trying this:
Go to System Properties>Advanced
Select Data Execution Prevention
Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select
Paste this in to the file name box of the window that opens:
Select OK when you receive the warning
After doing that , follow my steps again for enabling the print spooler , let me know how that works
