Question about HP PC Desktops
When you get it to start, click START-settings-controll panel-SYSTEM-hardware (tab at top)-then press the "device manager" button. you are looking for any yellow astericks, question marks, or exclamation points next to a listed device. These depict hardware that either has a bad driver, no driver or is not working. please check these and post again with your findings.
