Question about HP Computers & Internet
Please check the user account in control panel and see whether administrative rights are there or not..
If not try to restart your computer in safe mode and login with Administrator and give the rights to your account..........
you can also right click on the software file of your printer and select "Run as" now a dialogue box will open and select administrator and type the password and click on ok to run it....
If still you are unable to do it then let me know we will enable the administrator acccount in normal mode.by default it is used in safe mode only for troubleshooting purpose....
