Question about Televison & Video
Initially the screen would go to black and the lights on the front of TV would blink. After it cooled off a bit was able to get the picture back. Now we have no picture at all. Resetting doesn't help. Is our picture tube bad and can we order one and install it ourselves. It is out of warranty.
Picture Tube?!? What century are you from? There is no picture tube. It's a circuit board, and no, you can't install it yourself -- that's the problem with electronics today, and why they're made to fall apart so quickly. We either have to buy another one, OR pay someone else to fix it. They have us no matter what.
