you need to check the evaporator fans and see if they are running. when the unit is in the cooling mode open the door and hold the switch in both the freezer and frigde and listen for the fan if you do not here it one or both need to bee replaced make sure there is no ice build up that would block the air flow.i hope this helps.good luck
Luckily the hotpoint helpdesk admitted that the instructions for hanging the kitchen doors does not come as part of the standard instructions. There should be a seperate piece of paper with these instructions.
After some to'ing and fro'ing they managed to email me the required diagram.
Hi Gareth. I fitted a door to my Hotpoint hsz2321L today. I used self tapping screws through the brackets into the fridge door sides. Looking at the old fridge that came out showed that this was the method used previously. No seal is broken and so the fridge is working perfectly. I do have an issue re-fitting the door onto the new fridge though. The pivot hinge on my fridge doesnt give enough clearance and so it catches on the unit at the side of it. The old fridge (a Bosch) cad cabinet hinges that would sort of concertina out to give clearence. Anyway, good luck.
The top hinge of my Neff integrated fridge freezer has broken so the door won't open and shut properly. As a temporary repair I intend to swop the hinges around -replacing the top hinge with the middle one but can't see how to remove the hinges. Can anyone help?
