Problem for Archos AV-700 Digital Media Player
Archos av700 battery fully charged,but
archos av700 battery fully charged,but will not switch on using the on button but will work with the remote control but only once,but when connected to the charging adaptor the av700 comes on but when i switch it off will not come on again using the button,but will switch on and off using the remote control while connected to the mains charger,once running no problem thank you r.c

- I have exactly the same issue. Basically the on button does not work. Only way I can switch the AV700 on is to connect to the mains. It powers itself up then. Then I can instead of using the on button to play etc I can use the remote. However this somewhat contradicts the AV700 being a portable device.
