If you can go to these sites without any "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". The site may be temporarily offline or experiencing other issues. If you can it another issue.
Internet explorer 8 shows a half page or a blank page due to many reason .follow the steps below to resolve your issue . Just to make sure we will register all the files of the internet explorer again in the computer ,To do that follow the steps below . 1.Go to the link
