the clothes may be out of balance, redistribute the clothes around the washer and try again,

- It may also be a problem with the motor, would be best to have it looked at by a repair tech incase what I suggested doesn't work. Possibly the motor, its loose or something is not right in anycase.Oct 06, 2008
- There's a couple brackets inside the machine near the top that help support and guide the actual drum that holds the clothes/water. If one of those brackets has come loose or broken off, it'd cause the drum to act weirdly. Also, the pulley wheel that the drive belt goes on, at the bottom of the drum, may have come loose if the drum can spin the wrong way. .... Read more at
