Hi, I have GS2625 model replace 24v 10A Omron brand relay on controller board, would be all similiar across most models 'largest relay' failed 6 Mths after purchase. Inadequate circuit design better option use 15A or 20A remote mount rather than PCB.

tell me do you hear a buzzing sound for about 5 sec ending with a click sound. every so often?? if so then you have a start device (relay) problem on the compressor you may think the unit is running b/c the lights are on and fan is on but if you hear that noise coming from the back of the unit while turned on then its the start relay or worse case the compressor is locked up..9-10 though usually its the start device
How old is the fridge? Can you hear it running? It could me many things. Could be anything from a dead compressor to a coolant leak.
Did someone change thermostat setting, maybe during a cleaning? There's a knob in the refrigerator section somewhere; see if it's turned to "Off" or to a less-than-cold setting.
If you hear the motor running, but it doesn't get cold, it probably doesn't have any refrigerant to compress. That could be recharged, but modern refrigerators are pretty tight, so that would also indicate a leak. With a leak, it will need recharging again sometime later.
Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong.
If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.
If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...
Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to starttrouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then callinga repair person to do a simple thing for you...
On some Amana refrigs , the defrost thermostat has to close before the fan will come on . The coils will get cold and since the bimetal clips onto the coils , it will get cold as they do . When cold enough , bimetal closes and the fan will come on . Are the coils getting cold ? If so , then the compressor is working . You could also have a bad fan motor instead of bimetal . Recheck to see if you hear the fan in freezer now .
Can you tell me if you hear the compressor running under the refrigerator? Is fan running beneath the refrigerator? Need to get the exactKenmore model number found when you open the fresh food section. Let me know, Sea Breeze
If you open the door and the light comes on then you have power. If you don't hear the compressor motor at the back running but you hear a intermittent clicking noise coming from back there, then you have a faulty starting device for the compressor or a seized compressor motor. http://tclaundryrepair.com/home
defrost it. sounds like ice blockage. Take out freezer drawers unscrew inner back panel. In the t/l/h side there is a hole left of the fan which blows cold air that goes into fridge (side of light unit).
Use a hairdryer to dislodge/defrost this pipe. The polystyrene backing can also be moved to reveal the freezer pipes.Defrost this also. This hopefully should solve problem, if not a freezer or fridge thermistor may have to be replaced which is the coloured cable on the r/h/s of inner freezer which cost approx £20 each
