Sony DVP-NS67P DVD player problem

I was trying to hook up some color cables to dvd and tv. I started to change some settings on dvd via menu and I changed something and screen went black. I cant get picture back. I there a master reset to make reset and how? Thanks, Nico

Put dvd player in stand-by mode, press 3 6 9 on remote and press power. picture will come back.

If the devices have HDMI connections you can pass the 5.1 signals via them. If the Speaker has only one HDMI socket you can get a splitter to feed the picture to the TV and sound to the unit.
If it doesn't have an HDMI then you have bought a pig in a poke.

Sony dvp ns67p plays dvd's at a quiet

I changed the audio settings to TV MODE.
and now the volume is perfect

I did some stupid settings with progressive output. now the tv screen is blue and i can hear the DVD running. Menu is also not visible.

Put player in standby mode, Press 369 on DVD player remote, power up. This will turn off progressive mode.

I have a DVP model NS67P I will type all the letters that i see on the front of the player. CD/DVD Player DVD Progressive scanner DVD RW R/RW I want to record from my Sony TV to the DVD player i... heres a link to the user manual page for this player. You can read it online or download it. I cant view DivX Film Subtitle in Sony DVP-NS67P home DVD player

Hi Ramink..

Try the program Sub2Divx (I have the same DVD sony dvp-ns67p worked properly). It takes just 2 minutes to put the subtitle in divx and is not fixed, only appears when tight subtitle on the remote control. I have a link to a tutorial but it is in Portuguese. (
