Question about Cell Phones

File system error

I have a blackberry pearl 8130. I was having trouble with it constantly losing the connection. I want to thank you for the two responses i got. i did return the phone and they gave me a refurbished one. Everything so far..has been working perfectly, except. when i take a video or try to rename one i already had on the phone ...a blue box w/ exclamation comes up and says file system error. it prompts me to say ok...but then i still can't do anything. it's let me name a couple...but i've been trying to name about 30 videos i have on my phone so i know what they are...and one in a blue moon it will let me name. It even gives me the same problem if i try to erase a video?? i've done a couple resets..take battery out while phone is still on..hoping that would help..has not! So what should i do in this case?? in advance, thanks again for the help!

You can reset your blackberry phones then try to access that option again, if still have same result, Unlock your blackberry network using blackberry pearl 8130 unlock code. It should be unlock your network and you can try to access that option again. If your unlocked blacberry network still have same problem, go to final option to reflash your phone.

Cannot receive calls on my Verizon Blackberry pearl

Hello parks willia If your having trouble with the pearl look athe radio connection on the phone. Make sure it isn't off.
If you see it in the off postion you need to go the radio connections on your blackberry and turn it on. If that doesn't work the quickest fix is to put the battery and put it back in the phone. Now then other thing you should do once it boots up is the *228 option 1 and let the phone reprogram.

Cannot play video recorded on my 8130 Pearl

It is possible that these videos have become corrupted and will not run you could try to download some codecs to your computer and see if that will make these run but that is about the best that can be done in these situations.

Cant find where to insert san disk card

If you have a blackberry pearl 8130 then the Memory card slot should be on the left side of the phone above the application key.  If it is a 8110 the memory card slot will be underneath the battery.  Hope I helped.  Oh and I don't believe you can put the memory card into the MacBook, you have to transfer files with the bluetooth on both your phone and your Mac.
