As you said me you are using Nokia 6610 cellular phone you need to call the customer care there you should tell them that i can not use internet from my pc then they will tell you to send you a message from you are mobile send that message to the given number after few minutes you will recive settings save that settings switch off you are phone and switch on then call customer care once again and tell them to give the settings for the system they will tell you to change some of the option in you are computer save that and then you can use the internet in you are pc.Thanks for you are question happy to help.

to be honet with you, regarding restriction code or may be you refers to security code there is no way to manually break through due to thousands combination the only remedies for clearing it out which I did is somebody reformat files that will erase locking file, the best advice I could share..
If all works fine in your phone except the thing that you can't hear tones, the problem is your phone speaker...you have to replace with with a new one......
you have to check to see if you got the right cable to connect your neukia with, there are 2 kinds, if you have 6610 then you need a different cable then if you have 6610i.
