Question about Lexmark X1270 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I believe (and hope!) you're referring to a "spooler" error.
Here's what you need to do:
- click on "Start, Run"
- type "services.msc"
- when the services window pops up, on the right side, scroll down until you see "Print Spooler" then double-click on it
- if the service is not set to "automatic" via the drop-down menu, select that option
- if the services is not started, click "start". If the service has started, click "Stop", wait for a few seconds and then click "Start" to restart the print spooler service.
You might have to reboot after this (a good idea anyway) and you should have no more problems. If you run into continued print spooler problems, you either have spyware/virus damage, or corrupted Windows files (the latter requiring a Windows repair or reinstall)
Hope this helps - remember to rate :)
