Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I am assuming that you have installed all the drivers correctly on your computer and when you connect the phone up to the computer it recognizes your phone. The only thing I can think of is in the phone setting for the USB connection check that it is set to mass storage device and this might solve the problem. Good luck.
