The best solution i can offer is.
If you have only downloaded the program off the site, you might have downloaded the demo version. In this case most feature will be disable as with any program.
If you have payed for the software then the best solution at this point would be to contact your software provider and either ask for a refund or explain your situation and ask for a new copy
