You need to bring it back to a verizon outlet. they MIGHT fix it, if it's under warranty still, but they might not because it is a problem you've caused. they usually only fix problems that are not the owner's fault.

Headphone jack won't go into phone far enough to carry sound through to them


Maybe the headphones are not supposed to go into the specific device you are trying to put them into! maybe the jack is specified for a specific device hope I helped :}

Your inner jack could be jacked jack LOL . No really sometimes the inner connection gets loose or the connection to the headphone jack port not making good contact might need replaced if you know that your head phones themself work fine!

And should change mobile head phone jack again

Please use S.K.O super kerosine oi to the female socket and push the jack three or four time .l

My external speakers wont switch off when I plug a pair of headphones into the jack


first u are talking abt en u internal spekar when u plug headphone or speakar did the both spekar ply the sound i mean internal & ext. (problem in your head phone pin or in jack which not push the jack properly) or jack pin touch cutoff pin check it

Try FULLY inserting an ear phone jack plug then pulling it back out, Worked for me but be sure to push it all the way in firmly

Pin broke off in the headphone jack

you have no luck to get it out you have to go to a special shop to get the head phone jack out and if you don't want to do that then get a new one.
