i turnt the phone off and removed the battery but the same error is still happening. i installed a program called vringo facebook which is meant to show friends profile pictures when they ring but it never worked. when i go to remove programs, that don't show. just wondering if that is associated with the problem.

Turn off the device then turn it back on. that should solve the problem. normally this is because a program on the Palm is still associated with that picture. turning it off and on severs that association.

I hope this has answered your question sufficiently. If you have more questions please post a reply and i would be happy to assist. Thanks.

It would be if you set that picture to be a avatar or picture on facebook. Can you try looking for the program and remove it or atleast deactivate it?

That being the case you might have to reload the OS for the Palm

Depends on what you have loaded. You can check the status on the unit to know the version. Or you can contact Vodaphone and request assistance in realoding the OS.

Do you get a "new" device in the filemanager when you connect the camera?
If so, there should be files ex IMG001.JPG, IMG002.JPG etc
Just copy/move/delete...

Can the factory installed music and photos be removed?

The software installed on your device is default to keep all factory photos, music and sample videos.

If you try to attempt to delete any of these, you will be denied the access.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks.

Deleting photos from sony w960

Hi beatz67,
Are those 8 photos your photos? or default Phone photos? if its default photos, some of the phones of SE locks it, the only way to delete it is to use 3rd party software to be installed on your phone. not recommended though...

but if its your photos, try to access your phone via Data cable, then delete it in your pc.

Photos missing

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're cheap:
