That code means your oven is a piece of ****. Put out in front lawn on big garbage day. Get inside the oven and wait until the garbage men get there. Jump out and yell, "Surprise!". After you've had your fun go back inside, get your keys, and drive to the closest appliance store to get a new one.

After cooking my whirlpool Electric Range started to beep and shows EO F2. The range top is working ( and range top controls ) but the oven won't shut off and the controls are not working for the oven.

Hello,

Here is what my online service manual for the F2-EO error code says

F2 - E0 Shorted keypad (also called touch pad) 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock)

I hope this helps

Stove is beeping and displaying EO F2. Do reset but it keeps coming back. Also one element on the range top has burned out. Is it something a DIY can do.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error E0-F2 means shorted keypad and to resolve this issue you’ll have to replace the electronic range control/keypad assembly.
Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Kenmore range showes code eo f2. what does that means?

Hi, That error says your touchpad is bad and to change it.

I have seen some of these give a false error code, so I always replace both the control board and the touchpad on the ones I do.

Here is a new control board as well:

I have a Kenmore Super Capacity with UltraBake System. Model number 92004102. I keep getting error message E2 F3 and my oven door locks and my oven turns off. What does this earor message mean?

We have parts for your Kenmore range. You have a series of 3 numbers before the model number that's on your range. Those numbers tell us who manufacured your oven. Once we have this information, we call tell you which part you need to stop the E2 F3 error codes.

You may contact us at:

from 7 AM until 7 PM CST Monday through Saturday and we can get you cooking again!

We look forward to working with you and getting you up and running again soon.

Clean cycle in oven doesn't work: FO EO

Oliversmom, Im not coming up with any information on the model number posted. However on the kitchenaid the F0 E0 is default for no error. Press the cancel button to put the range in idle state. Then in this order press cancel-cancel-start. See if an error code comes up different from the F0 E0. The F0 is what is throwing this whole deal off. If it was F1, F2, F3 etc...it would make more sense. See if you have a complete model number you can post along with the error code after doing the above key dance. We'll see if we can solve the issue....Catriver..post back.
