The owner's Manual is terrible. There are 6 models of this scooter and there is no manual specific to the one I purchased, I contacted customer service of the company it came from, and all they did was parrot back the same information within the terrible manual and video provided. Video was not helpful either since it was not model specific and there was no audio. Provider did not answer my questions specific to my particular scooter.
Most Chinese scooters don't have a good service manual specifically for them, but manuals for similar models or for that engine platform (should be GY6 150 in this case) will work fine for most tasks. You can find some manuals at http://www.49ccscoot.com/manuals/manuals.html
