Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
After days of back and forth from allign cartridge to paper too narrow, to paper jam, to align cartridge to paper too narrow, to paper jam, maybe one successful print job,and then back to the align cartridge, paper too narrow, to paper jam over and over - have tried, looking at cartridges, check correct number, check for proper attachment, check for paper problems, check connection, check everything - now printer will not do any thing - no cartridge messages, no paper jam messages, no paper too narrow message, no successful print jobs - what should I do? I know there is a piece of paper in the unit. How do I take apart to retrieve it?
Go to hp.com, support and troubleshooting, type in your pirnter model number and download the user manual. follow the direction to disassemble the printer. you might not need to disasseble the printer, if you can see the jammed paper.
follow the direction and clean the roller and the printer head.
it should work.
