You may reset your PlayStation Network password two different ways
using a personal computer (PC). You may reset it by answering your
secret question or have a password reset email sent to the email address
linked to your PlayStation Network account.
In order to reset your PlayStation Network password, you must have the following information:
PlayStation Network Sign-in ID (email address)
Date of Birth

If you have changed your password using a computer and had set your
PlayStation 3 or PSP system to automatically sign-in, the auto sign in
will fail. The PlayStation 3 or PSP system will prompt that the password
is invalid, at that point go to the sign in screen and enter the new
password you have created.
Go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and enter your 8 digit
confirmation number there. When you do so, make sure that whatever
today's date is, your Wii is set to that date. (And select Today's date
