How can I conect it to my Pc

Hi! It's preety easy. All you need is a usb-cable. It's a cable that has usb port on the one side, and your phone's jack on the other. Just plug it in, and you'r all set. If you didn't get that cable whith phone, you can buy it for 4-8 $ at your local computer store! Remember to bring your phone with you, so that they give you the right cable.

Where is the usb port on the the sharp wizard OZ-590A

Your phone would have came with all the associated cables it needs to connect to a PC. It's not necessarily going to have a 'USB' hole in the phone, there is an 'options' cable slot on the right hand side which will match one of the cables you received in your box, and the other end will be USB for the computer side. Make sure you install all relevant software BEFORE you plug the phone in. If you have windows vista or windows 7, make sure you run the software as administrator. Don't let the disc autorun, close it down, go into Start>computer> and right click on the disc, select 'open' or 'explore' on the disc, right click the phone software and select 'run as administrator'

Check your USB cable. The cable might be faulty. Ensure that the cable is right.

The also needs to charged using a DC adapter. Not through the USB connection. They can be plugged in using a cradle or directly.

If you are using the USB connection you'll need to check to make sure your HotSync is enabled for USB and not just serial port connection (the old default). Find the HotSync icon (red and blue arrows bent into a circle) in your computer's system tray (next to the clock) and right-click to bring up the menu. At the top you'll see "Local USB," "Local Serial," "Modem" and "Network." Make sure that there's a check next to Local USB. If not, just click on it, once, to enable it. Then, reconnect your Palm and activate the HotSync on the Palm (the star on the right side of the entry pad).

Let us know how it turns out, okay?
