Question about Cameras
If this is a camera built into a laptop (and it's got windows on it), then right-click on My Computer, then click on Manage.
Click on Device Manager - a list of hardware on your computer should be displayed on the right hand side of the window.
Find your camera, then right click, then uninstall. Click OK/Yes etc if it asks you if you're sure.
After this, reboot the PC. Upon startup, Windows should re-find the camera and install it.
