Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
My phone has a loud crackling sound. The person i am talking to can't hear it, only on my phone. I have only had it maybe 3 months. it has not had any damage or been exposed to waer. I this a fixable problem or do I need to look for a new phone.
Okay, even though you may think the phone has not been exposed to any water or anything, it might have. like when you take a shower and if the phone is in the bathroom with you the steam from the hot shower could affect the phone in many ways, including the ear piece. which would be the problem with your phone. but there are many other things that could be wrong. and it is actually a very fixable problem. you can either take it to verizon and tell them that there is such problems but DO NOT SAY ANYTHING along the lines of water....then they will not give you anything...and you might even get a whole new chocolate for free.
