Question about Sewing Machines
Brand new machine. Set it up, started to sew straight stitch on cotton material, got about 15 seconds into it and got error 19. What is this and how do I fix it? Please HELP!
I actually found that the thread was releasing from the roll too quickly, the machine comes with a little netting that can go over the reel of thread and it keeps it tight until pulled by the machine. once i put the net on never got the error again

I ran into this problem as well. Root cause was that I threaded the top thread incorrectly. There is an illustration on top of the sewing machine that shows you the proper way to thread it. Once I re-threaded properly, the problem went away.
