Hi garodi, do you plan do re-install XP on your machine? If you do & you still have the cds that came with the computer, you could use that to re-image your machine like the first time that you got it. It should be around 2-3 discs. Just insert the disc 1 into dvd-drive > restart the machine > press F12 when you see the Toshiba logo > choose cd/dvd from the boot options then it'll boot from the cd, you should see a recovery wizard, just choose every first option and that should be it, it should ask you to insert the second & third disc if it needs it. That recovery process takes around 60-90mins. If you don't have the cds, you can just clean install your way using the retail version of the cd, check this complete guide here.
