Can't help with manual. This is a toy scope with terrible optics and .965 eyepieces (Huygens design obsolete since 1700s). Most owners can not get the finder to align with the main scope.
You will learn to hate astronomy if you try to use it, Do yourself a favor and throw it out! Go buy a quality, inexpensive scope from Meade, Celestron or Orion, Orion tabletop dobsonians start at about $50 and have great optics,eyepieces, and a quite usable finder. They are simple to use and most can be mounted on a tripod.
