Trying to downlaod battery calibrate c2 and cant seem to find replacement for new battery

There are 2 possibilities:
1. The internal charger does not work,
2. You received a defective battery (some after market batteries are very poor quality batteries).

Check the output of the chargers voltage. It maybe overloading the battery

My husband was ready to throw this game out the window instead of returning it because he was so upset...our poor 10 year-old son was so excited about the gift and then all of the effort it took to get the board to calibrate was ridiculous!! Researched online and lots of people said putting two older batteries into the board with two of the new ones helped. We did that and also had to move the couch into the hall and then it finally calibrated!! Oh, we also turned off the lights for some reason people said that helped as well. Don't give up! Keep trying everything but the two older batteries helped. Once it was calibrated we moved the couch back and it seems to work fine. So far it seems like a cool game!

try using two old batteries and two new batteries, also why calibrating try putting the board on a small stool - this worked for us. Good Luck!!!

your battery is toast get a new one when you get a new one ride it for awhile if it dies on you while you are riding your stator is dead and you need to get it replaced its really easy to do yourself.

Have you tried removing the battery and waiting for a minute and replacing it in the phone.
The phone will reboot and possibly your screen will work again.
