Question about Samsung U900 Soul Cellular Phone
I would check with your service provider that you are able to send and receive mms under your contract
If thats all ok then you can automatically set up the phone by going to the samsung page. The UK one is here:

Well if you are in the states the issue is that the browser it comes with can't connect so this wont alow it to reach the media net which is needed to be able to send or receive MMS. i have this same issues and am working on resolving it. now if that is not the case then you have to enable it which you can figure out with the manual or go online to the samsung mobile page.
