Put the printer off for some minutes ,remove the printer interface wire from the cpu,now go to start on your desktop & select setting ,then printer &faxes .rightclick that printer icon &select cancle all documents. by now ur pilled up documents must have clear if it remains and prove abortive, restart the cpu & go thru this procedures again it will clear the whole documents. then reconets your printer &put it on,put paper & allow it to get read on its own. then rightclick &select properties select print test page.by now you should get testprint page & your printer is again ready for use.
thanks u can let know your result for further assistance.

Why can't I print to my Ricoh Aficio SP C430DN from my Macbook Air?

You probably have a conflict between the paper size the machine knows is loaded and the document size being specified for printing on. Your Airbook is probably trying to send a document on a paper size the printer doesn't have. Net result is a document stored in the print queue that stops anything else being printed. Go full system reboot and clear out any and all waiting documents before trying again.

While having a live chat i was informed the text would go to my print buffer....fine @! But I don't know what that is or how to access it. Can you help me ?

Hi

You don't say which operating system you are using.

The print buffer is an area where the printer stores a small list of the instructions given by the user ahead of what it is doing in real time (for example you can press print for 2 or 3 different documents while the printer is printing the first one and the printer will keep and remember the information for the subsequent documents in its buffer and print them in sequence, when it has finished printing the current document).

Feel free to add a comment to this question to explain the problems you are having with your printer, if this answer does not cover your specific problem.

Your printer has a small memory cache built into it that can store several pages of printing and print instructions ahead of what it is printing in real time. In the event of an error the memory cache can become full and be in a state where it accepts no more instructions.

If this happens:

Start (Contorl Panel) > (category View) > Hardware & Sound > Printer > double click on yhe printer's icon > highlight and cancel any documents pending > power off the printer > disconnect the printer cable > restart the computer > power the printer on > reconnect th eprinter cable > test print.

I hope this helps.

Printer appears to want to print out an infinite number of pages of gibberish from a document sent to it. Obviously, the document info somehow, somewhere screwed up. I don't need to waste an unknown number...

The document is probably not screwed up this happens usually when the computer is using the wrong printer driver. if the pdf looks ok on the screen try reinstalling the printer driver and resend the document. to clear the job from the printer just turn off the printer and clear the print que from the computer.

I am trying to print a label through the document feeder and keep receiving error messages on my Brother MFC9320CW AllInOne Printer .."Open the Top cover and pull out all 4 drum units completely and...

Try putting more than one sheet of labels in the paper tray. Even if you're printing one label, it helps the printer grab the paper without that error somehow. If you're already using more than one sheet, I don't know. Good luck either way!!! :)

I have a HP F4280 printer, when I want to print a document it print document that are stored, and waiting, how do i clear them uot and print the page, which i like to print. thanks

Since you didn't mention the Operating System installed on your computer, I can't make very specific, by the way, let me try my best to explain on how to get rid of the problem.
I assume you are using Windows O.S like windows xp or vista or windows 7, click "Start", then again click "Printers and Faxes" [you can do the same from the Control Panel], on the Printers and Faxes folder, double-click the printer's icon and again click "Printer" menu and click "Cancel All Documents" and click "Yes" and now turn off the printer and again turn it on after few minutes wait. Again check the "Printers and Faxes" folder whether the print queues are still there or not, if so, re-do "Cancel all documents" and restart your computer. Restart both the printer and the computer and it'll definitely be cleared.

If you need further help, let me know with more details so that I can make more specific.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Phaser 8200 jet blocking II.

The Phaser 8200 does not have jet subtitution mode. That was first available on the Phaser 8400. You can try to force the jet to clear by making a cleaning page of your own. Make a document with a vertical stripe on the page in the position of the plugged jet in the exact color of the ink in question. Run 100 pages or so at the highest print quality.

Having faced over 100 solid ink printers, my experience tells me that it's hopeless. You'll probably never get that jet cleared. At the age of your printer, you should consider yourself lucky that it's only one. The newer models have ability to work through these types of issues built in.

Unable to stop printer from printing documents

The actual folder in Windows where spooled documents are stored just before printing is: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. I?ve never had print jobs hanging around after the print queue has been deleted but if you clear out anything in this folder that should take care of it. Let us know how things work out and please don?t forget to rate this posting.
