You may be referring to the "AdSense" program. contact Google about this and/or do a Google Search on that.

How do I delete my profile in google??

Deleting your Google Account will affect all products associated with that account (i.e., Blogger, AdSense, Gmail), and affect each product differently. Before deleting your Google Account, review the data associated with your account on the Google Dashboard. If you use Gmail with your account, you'll no longer be able to access that email. You'll also beunable to reuse your Gmail username.
Read up on specific information about other products that you're using.
To delete your Google Account:
  1. Sign in on the Google Accounts homepage. (If you forgot your password, you can reset it).
  2. Click Data tools at the top.
  3. In the Data tools box, click Delete account and data. If you don't see this link near the bottom of the page, your account was likely created through an organization or company.
  4. Confirm your account deletion. To do so, you'll need to select these two options: "Yes, I want to delete my account," and "Yes, I acknowledge that I am still responsible for any charges incurred due to any pending financial transactions." (You can safely select the latter option if you haven't used any of Google's paid products, such as AdWords and Wallet, or if you have no pending financial transactions related to these products.)

Hi Eddiehooper,
First off i would suggest you to reinstall Google chrome to its latest version. if you already have done that then please update your computer to the latests updates and try reinstalling Google chrome again.
If you still receive the error then please install this software to fix your internet issue :
http://downloads.ziddu.com/downloadfile/13333116/cintrep.zip.html

1. Once installed check all the boxes and click GO to fix all the issues, try using Google Chrome again.
if the problem still continues try using another browser to see if the link you try to access works.
if there is no error with the other browser you are using then the issue lies in Google chrome, which might not be compatible with your PC due to a collision with an out dated PC or incompatible software which was installed earlier which might be conflicting with google chrome.
If google chrome is not working at all. i guess there is the choice of using other browsers for the mean time.

1. Opera Browser : www.opera.com
2. Inter Explorer : www.microsoft.com
3. Firefox : Mozilla

i hope this fix things, good luck!
