Question about Acer PC Desktops
It might be the problem with the Lan Card if a Broad-band connection is used.
Or if a modem is used. Check out the Device manager if not showing any flag.
Also try the latest Google Chrome Web Browser, if all Ok. Let me know if you need any assistance.
