Try to do a complete discharge on the phone then try to charge it using the charger that you use with a power outlet and not the USB charger. If that does not work you may need to change the battery.

Have 2 lights on charger. One power, the other says charging. Both come on but after about 15 mins the charging light goes off. Does this mean the battery is charged?

so no lights go green, it depends on the charger however in my experience all of the charger i have repaired have a green light to show fully charge, is it possible to try another charger ? this could imply a faultly charger , can you check the battery voltage anywhere from 26 volts DC to 28.3 volts DC no more otherwise you shorten the life of the battery. You really want the voltage level to be near 28 volts that way you will get maximum distance as well as prolonged life of the batteries in question.

My n73 battery always discharges. what is this problem?

maybe your battery is too worn out and we know that the battery has life expectancies. try to have a new one, an original one to help you maximize the battery life. do not overcharge your battery for it may shorten the life span.

THE BATTERY DOESN'T RECHARGE.I USED TO KEEP THE PLAYER PLUGGED CONSTANTLY WHEN SWITCHING IT OFF SO THAT THE BATTERY WOULD NOT RUN OUT OF STEAM..

by keeping the player constantly plugged in when of will have seriously shortened the battery life, rechargeable batteries ( exept the very latest ones) perform best by charging then using until fully discharged and charging again. this will ensure your battery lasts a long time, constantly charging a half charged battery will shorten the batteries life.

My 6 month old Nuvi 760 turns on, but no signal

It is entirely possible you need a new battery. Use and abuse shortens the battery life. Starting the engine while GPS connected or overcharging on AC or PC.

If it fails to acquire on full charge or replaced battery then it has a damaged chip from the usage i stated above. Not warrantble either.

Low/exhausted battery. Is it the AA batteries or the MiMh battery that is the problem. Camera is relatively new

if you use the lcd screen a lot, which i know i do, it really shortens the battery life.  good to carry extras, NimH batteries have a shorter life but can be recharged 100s of times....       try different sets and let me know if any particular set gives you less life than the others.  Sometimes NimH batteries go bad, usually the charger lights will reveal this when you go to charge them...  but one bad battery will greatly shorten the battery life.  you are lucky the camera gives you the option of using either, so you could, say you were at disney world and your nimh were dead, pickup some AA to get you thru the day.  rsvp ;)

My battery has stopped charging, and the battery charge light flashes green, then yellow. Is it the battery or charger?

I'm assuming you mean the battery of a laptop. Laptop batteries have a shelf life, which is shortened if the laptop is constantly plugged in the wall. By the same token, if your laptop is constantly plugged in the wall, you don't really need a new battery. (They cost upwards of $80)
