How do I get a printer driver downloaded?? I have a lexmark X5270, had some work done on computer andnow printer won't work, and I do not have a installation CD ?

ok, you will need to first download the driver.....

goto the website below, click on the driver tab, then dowload it, once that is done, just install the driver (note: copy and paste the link below in the address bar of your browser, carefully)

Hi,

Try a couple of steps :-
1.Make sure the wire is plugged in and printer is turned on
2.Go to control panel - printers - make sure the printer is set to default.
If the above steps are done, try the following :--

Open control panel - go to add/remove programs - uninstall everything that says Lexmark 5270

reinstall the driver... are you using xp or vista computer?
pls reinstall the driver and if it wont work download the driver on this link

and reinstall.. if that wont work call 1-800-lexmark.com for technical support

your printer driver is not vista supported or motherboard driver is not properly instaled
